LAW FIRM OF DAVID CHASE IS REVIEWING POTENTIAL CLAIMS AGAINST STEVEN E BONNER

The Law Firm of David Chase is reviewing allegations concerning former Campbell, California-based Principal Securities Inc. stockbroker Steven E. Bonner after FINRA permanently barred him following his failure to respond to a FINRA request for information.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck report on Bonner, he was barred in December of 2016 after FINRA requested information pertaining to allegations of lost private placement investment funds. A client alleged that she invested $200,000 with Bonner in a private placement with the promise of 10% annual returns, and further alleged that since that time she has not received any returns.  The client further alleges that since her investment with Bonner she has not seen any returns.  Her alleged damages are estimated at $242,000.

Bonner was employed by Principle Securities at its Campbell Office from 2010 to 2017. Principle Securities terminated Bonner in February of 2017.  Previously, Bonner was employed by FSC Securities Corp. from 2002 through 2003. Bonner is not currently registered with any FINRA associated brokerage firm.
