DAVID R. CHASE: People need to understand that being contacted or being investigated by the federal government for possible securities fraud is very serious. There's not only potential civil liability but also criminal exposure as well in the right kind of cases. So an early determination needs to be made of what type if any exposure the client may have in order to make the right strategic decisions as to how to defend the case. What differentiates my firm from other securities defense firms are two things. One is my prior SEC experience, which I believe is invaluable in effectively representing my clients. The second is you are going to get me from inception of the case to the end, unlike some other law firms, where you may be passed onto junior associates or others. That is not the case with my firm. I will give you individual attention from the beginning until the end. I understand the emotional impact that's involved in dealing with the federal government, the stock exchanges in these investigations. The consequences of not handling the case right are just simply too high. If you have received a subpoena, if you're dealing with the SEC or FINRA [phonetic], call me. We can talk about what your options are. I can attempt to navigate you through this process.
